We have developed some spreadsheets which people have been requesting. To make things easier, those files are now down loadable from here. Mother Nature's Farms, Inc. is Corel / WordPerfect Office based. While we offer the moisture spreadsheet in Excel also, the QuattroPro version is neater.
When you click on the hyperlinks below, IF you have the appropriate spreadsheet software, that software should open with the requested file. You WANT to do a SAVE AS, (F3), specifying where on your computer you want the file saved, and the name you want to give to the file. Though all of these files are marked "read only", that quality is lost when you do the "Save As" from this website. We suggest that you go in through "My Computer", find the file, click on "Properties" and mark your master copy of the file "Read Only" to preserve your master copy, and then do "Save As" to create your active working copy.

Instructions are on the second page of the spreadsheet. The last column of the
spreadsheet contains a formula that does all the computing for you after you have entered
the data it needs to do the computation.
IF you put this file in C:/Program Files/Corel/Word Perfect 2000/Templates/QP Custom Templates/, then when you open QuattroPro and key CTRL+Shift+N you will view the list of templates. You may have to go to "Custom Templates"... and when you open the template, your master file will be preserved, you will be forced to give your new file a file name of its own.

for Test Tubes: Using Avery 5267 or equivilent labels, This spreadsheet enables you to print out 8 labels for each sample, six of them are marked E-1 through E-6 for serial dilutions from 1/10 to 1/million. This spreadsheet is in QuattroPro format. Changing the number in the first cell (A-1), will change all the numbers on the page. The instructions are on the second page of the spreadsheet and it is important to read them. (set page size to 8½x14, even thought he labels are 8½x11".) Each label looks essentially like:

with the sample number appearing twice, so that when it is wrapped around the test tube, it appears on both sides of the tube.
