Comprehensive Project Management

A key to successful projects is comprehensive project management, which is one of our strong points.  CPM allows laser focusing on individual tasks that are 'bite size', and not overwhelming.  They are often displayed in Gantt Chart form.    The following is an overview.  The dates will be updated as we move forward, once the funding starts to flow.

This Gantt Chart shows the 'big picture' for the first of the new composting facilities.  We have other much more detailed project plans, and sub-project plans that go into great detail, including resources and cost accounting.
