Due DiligenceWe're about Working Together to Create a Sustainable Environment, and believe that "Team" means Together Everybody Achieves More. Furthermore, we know that Comprehensive Project Management enables completing projects more efficiently. The following Gantt Chart is a starting guide for doing Due Diligence. You'll want to ask us for a PDF version of it with the notes, that will provide names, telephone numbers and hyperlinks to key websites. This just shows part of the Gantt Chart. All Project plans are dynamic, always a 'work in progress'. Collaboration with all stakeholders involved enables working more effectively.
We welcome your input, your ideas. IF you're unfamiliar with working with Gantt Charts and Comprehensive Project Management, part of working together is helping one another. You can ask us questions, and we're open to your ideas, suggestions. We've been working with Gantt Charts and computer based project management for over ten years, and we continue to expand our skills. When a task name and bar appear in red, it means that it is on the critical path. In this case, line #6, CDM Review... is on the critical path, so the question becomes how can we expedite that. In this case, it's funding, for the principals at CDM to know that they're going to be earning money, and then our meeting with them, and getting them 'on board', started. We have a Sub-Project for CDM's involvement, and that will be refined as we collaborate with them on it. Mark Gould, principal at CDM, has said that they often do comprehensive reviews at the beginning, as part of the due diligence process, thoroughly going over the business plan, including the proposed technology. We believe in Co-Creating, not competing. We're on the same team, with the common goal of providing massive value for society and our environment, and as a byproduct, earning a nice ROI, with long term sustainability. |
